The Coastline Park is located along the coastal strip north of Tel Aviv and is planned for ecological preservation in the framework of the design of a future residential area for the City of Tel Aviv. Our geological consultation focused on analysis of the geomorphological processes that affect the stability of the coastal cliffs, the gully scouring and generate stabilization solutions while rigorously preserving the landscape and minimize impacting the area’s ecological impacting. This work was performed under the guidance of the Cliff and Breakwater Unit of the Construction and Infrastructure Administration, Northern Planning Department of the Municipality of Tel Aviv and in collaboration with Landscape Architect Lior Lovinger from Urbanof Studio and geotechnical engineer Ilan Birnbaum.
